We were Encountered on March 23-25, 2001. I can hardly put into words what this weekend has done for our marriage. We found out things about one another that we had not discovered in our short 4 years of marriage. The ME communication tools were marriage savers!! The weekend was so saturated with prayer and anointing. We both felt it right away, but did not realize it until later. It was incredible to find out that so many people were praying for us and they didn't even know us. We would strongly urge any couples we know (and have been!!) to attend one of these weekends no matter what condition their marriage is in. Thank you so much for this ministry. We were Encountered March 23-25, 2001, and what a Blessing it was and is! After 19 1/2 years of marriage, God has restarted us for a new season. As a ministring couple we had put on lots of masks, even mask for each other. Through our marriage encounter, God has helped us remove those mask and begin afresh with each other and in ministry. He has equipped us with new communicational tools to keep those masks off! We bless all those God has given this vision to and pray that his unlimited grace be upon them to continue in this endeavor.

ME was the best investment of a weekend that we have ever made for our marriage. We have been to other marriage retreats, and they were good, but this was something totally different, totally GOD, and totally annoited. In recent monthes we had face some very big challenges in our marriage, and needed something, anything to help move us, and heal us. ME did just that. The weekend was beautiful, and I fell head over heels in love with me wife again. The times of sharing, brought us closer than we had been in years. Since ME we have continued to use the tools that we learned, and look forward to time alone. We came back alive, and very much in love, and have encouraged many of our friends to get to ME, and will continue to do so for many years. Every one regardless of how long you have been married needs to get to ME. In my opinion it should be a required class for marriage, its that good.

My wife and I have just completed an Marriage Encounter in CT. There are things that happen to our relationship that we just can't explain. We have been married for eleven years, we feel that we have an average marriage. But when we woke up on Monday morning we were in love, both of us felt like teenagers in their first love. Also there is not enough space here to describe what God has done in our spiritual life. A must for all couples that want a complete, life long relationship with their spouse.

We've only been married two years, but have had some intense struggles in the past year. Marriage Encounter has saved our marriage..teaching us the communication skills we need for a "best friend" relationship with each other. Our Encounter weekend was last weekend, but some big issues have come up in the few days since we've been back, and we were able to lovingly communicate with each other and settle the issues without a fight. We praise God for Marriage Encounter and would like to thank all the volunteers who make each weekend possible. We would recommend M.E. to any married couple - if you have a good marriage, it will make it better.
